International, HI and AK Orders

 

For International orders, visit our International website for more information, a website translator, and metric measurements.  A 220v pump can be shipped with the Euro, UK, or Australian plug.  North American orders will ship with the 110v pump.  Orders can be placed on either website.         

 

Shipping to HI, AK, APO addresses, US territories, and Puerto Rico is $20-$50.  Just order off the website to see the shipping total.  For most countries you can simply order through the International website, if you have difficulty e-mail Aquaripure for the directions to pay. 

 

Return Policy

The Aquaripure can be returned in good and new condition in it's original packaging for a period of 30 days from the original sale.  Any shipping and handling paid will not be refunded and a 5% restocking fee will apply.  ^New- Any and all returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number which may be obtained through the phone number or e-mail on this contact page.

All sales transacted through this website are made over a secure connection and all information gathered from you the consumer is kept in strict confidence and is not shared with any third parties except that amount of information needed for shipping by UPS.

 

Limited Warranty  

Aquaripure warrants that the Aquaripure filters are free from defects for a period of one year from the original date of purchase shown on the packing slip or store receipt.  Within that time, if any defect is detected, the defective part or filter can be returned at your expense for repair or replacement.  The warranty is void if the failure of the Aquaripure filter is due to the intentional misuse or abuse of the filter or the failure to follow the instructions provided.

Notice - The Aquaripure is a living biological, bacterial filter.  Since 2003, they have helped thousands of users maintain relatively trouble free aquariums with greatly reduced algae problems and no nitrates with far fewer water changes.  It is dependent on the user properly cultivating the bacteria according to the manual.  The Aquaripure is very safe and effective when used as directed.  It will take an average of 4-6 weeks before it begins to remove nitrates and sometimes a little longer.  Please adjust your expectations accordingly.  The vast majority of users experience great results with no trouble.  Any users who feel they are not achieving the results they expect are encouraged to contact Aquaripure by e-mail or phone for assistance.
