HI and AK
Orders
Shipping to HI, AK, APO
addresses, US territories, Canada, and Puerto Rico is $30-$80.
Shipping to most other countries is $80 by Airmail. Note:
additional import taxes may be levied and will need to be paid
by the buyer. In countries
outside of North America you will need to purchase voltage
regulator to convert your power supply to 120v.
Alternately, a pump rated 300-450 liters
per hour with a maximum pumping height of 100-125 cm could be
purchased locally. You must E-mail Aquaripure with your
phone number (necessary for customs forms) at the e-mail above
when ordering. For most countries you can simply
order through the website, if you have difficulty e-mail
Aquaripure for the directions to pay.
Wholesale Orders
Aquaripure has developed a wholesale program to accommodate
retailers who wish to carry the Aquaripure filter for their
customers. Fax a copy of your state business license or
resell certificate and contact information to 1-866-577-2859 or
e-mail it to the address above. You will then be sent the
link through which you can place wholesale orders.
Return
Policy
The Aquaripure can be
returned in unused and new condition in it's original packaging for
a period of 30 days from the original sale. A 5%
restocking fee will apply for all returns and any shipping and
handling paid will not be refunded.

Limited
Warranty
Aquaripure
warrants that the Aquaripure denitrators are free from defects
for a period of one year from the original date of purchase
shown on the packing slip or store receipt. Within that time, if any defect
is detected, the defective part or denitrator can be returned at
your expense for repair or replacement. The warranty is void if
the failure of the Aquaripure denitrator is due to the
intentional misuse or abuse of the denitrator or the failure to
follow the instructions provided.
Disclaimer: Due to the nature of fish tanks and aquarium
filters, Aquaripure cannot be held liable for any consequential
or incidental damages including but not limited to personal
injury, property damage, lost wages or savings, lost aquarium
life, etc. due to the improper use or malfunction of the
denitrator.
